We get asked that question a lot and I wanted to use this opportunity to explain to you what you are going to receive when you pay for a legal strategy session with the legal professional at our firm.
What an LSS means for us is that you get time with me or one of my other legal professionals who has knowledge and years of education and experience in immigration law to discuss your specific issues your situation and your questions. Our goal in a legal strategy session (LSS) is to give you the information you need so that you can make an informed decision whether or not you have options in the law with immigration and procedure or whether or not you have several options and which one might be the most likely to be successful, also to find out if information you've previously received from an agent or an immigration consultant is not correct or if you're confused generally based on looking at the immigration website and just don't know where to start.
Our job and our goal when we do legal strategy sessions (LSS) is to give you information so you can decide if you have options, if you want to work with us and we are a good fit for you. We will be happy to move forward into the engagement stage and then proceed to open a file so we can be your representatives and help you with that application that you have decided you want to pursue the other outcome of an LSS may be that you find out you don't have very strong options or your chances of success are not that viable and we tell you the truth.
We are very clear. We want happy clients,we don't want to sell you something that we cannot help you with or that has a strong chance of success. Obviously, there are no guarantees with immigration law because so much of it is out of our hands and in the hands of visa office and officers and border officials, but given 24 years of my experience, we know enough to be able to tell you if an application is viable - if it is likely to have a strong chance of success or if it's 50/50 or if it's definitely not going to be successful. We will tell you that as well we always want to look for options for you so when we do an LSS we talk to you, we listen to you, we talk about what your motivations are, what the end goal is as well - as well as what it is we can do to assist and what we can't do to assist.
The value of a legal strategy session (LSS) with our firm is you get true information, you get real straight talk, you get legal analysis and based on my experience of 24 years you get my insights and all the years of law school and 24 years of practicing so that we can work together to see if there is a strategy or a route for you to reach your goals.
