For the first time since December 2020, Canada has sent invitations to overseas applicants for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). For the Express Entry draw return July 6, the draw considered candidates in all Express Entry programs:

Federal Skilled Worker Program Express Entry Eligibility
Candidates for the Federal Skilled Worker Program must:
- meet the minimum FSWP eligibility requirements for work, language ability, education
- and have a score of at least 67 points out of a possible 100 Selection Factor criteria points before they are Invited To Apply for Express Entry.

In addition to scoring a minimum 67 points on the Express Entry Selection Factor, candidates must meet other minimum FSWP requirements.
Candidates for permanent residence have 60 days to submit their applications to IRCC.
