Evelyn L. Ackah, Founder/Managing Lawyer
Whether business is done south of the border, across the pond or around the world, Evelyn Ackah employs her expertise to help clients achieve their desired business objectives. She develops and implements immigration strategies, provides advice on immigration matters related to employee mobility or relocation, and assists with global investment opportunities. Ms. Ackah is passionate about immigration law because it involves people and relationships, which are at the core of her personal values. Starting her legal career as a corporate/commercial lawyer, Evelyn soon discovered she craved the rewards of having more direct contact with clients. Business immigration law allows her to work with corporations and the people who make them successful. The highly specialized nature of business immigration law drives Evelyn to remain at the forefront of legal and policy developments to ensure her clients are fully compliant with the latest regulatory and policy changes, and that they understand the nuances and impacts of these changes to their business and their people.
Ginette Mangena, Immigration Consultant
With over 8 years of experience as an immigration paralegal and a regulated immigration consultant, Ginette Mangena is passionate about helping people navigate Canadian immigration regulations. Her areas of expertise are Business Immigration, Work Permits, Express Entry, AINP, Spousal Sponsorship, Citizenship and Temporary Resident Visa applications. Ginette received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Society from the University of Calgary, a Business Management diploma and an Immigration Consultant Certificate from Humber College.
Grace Akpan, Articling Student
Grace obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. She subsequently obtained a Master of Laws degree from the University of Jos in Plateau State, Nigeria and a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from the National University of Singapore.
Heather Barber, Articling Student
Heather obtained her LL.B (Honours with Distinction) from the University of Leicester, England in 2016. Upon returning to Canada, Heather completed a Masters of Law Common Law degree from the University of British Columbia in order to complete the requirements set out by the National Committee of Accreditation. Prior to her law degree, Heather obtained a B.A. in History from the University of Calgary.

Oana's passion for helping people brought her to the field of immigration law. She thrives in positions that allow her to be of assistance and to build relationships with her clients.

Alex studied design and photography at Ryerson. He spent most of his time and money on bicycles, which led to a new career as a successful bicycle retailer. Later, he re-entered the world of design and spent most of his time and money on wonderful new digital tools. This led to another successful career: helping agencies and clients make the transition to digital.
Catherine Russell, Digital Marketing Consultant
Catherine received her Bachelor Degree in English from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from Western Connecticut University. After starting her career in nonprofit management, Catherine became marketing manager for a software company working with clients and prospects in North America, Africa, Europe and Asia. Eight years living in Europe resulted in Catherine speaking un peau de francais and ein bisschen Deutsch... but only a little.
